This is a great property management company. Their office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. They will fix anything from toilets to changing light bulbs. Some of their units are dated, but they are also spacious and reasonably priced. Overall, an excellent place to live.

My fiancé and myself have been looking for an apartment for a while now. We were dealing with Tim Rhodes until they rented out the place we were looking at when they said we couldn’t even apply till a week later. So we went to Hensley Graves and the staff is extremely nice and helped us out so much. We were approved and put down a deposit the day that we applied. The lady even drove with us to the apartment and showed it to us…. they so far have been the best when it comes to customer service!!! 5 stars to your business!!
