How much notice must I give when moving out?
You must give a 30-day notice of moving out. The form is provided by the office.
May I terminate my lease early?
Submit your notice to the office. You are responsible for rent/lease, until the day before the new tenant signs the lease or until the lease expires whichever comes first. All deposits are forfeited for the terminating lease.
What is the Pet Deposit?
$500 and is refundable.
What is the Pet Fee?
$25 per pet/per month (limit of 2 pets).
Do you provide pest control?
We do, at the tenant’s request.
