Hensley Graves has been proud to serve Florence, The Shoals, and Northwest Alabama with rental units and apartments since 1947. Our properties include Polynesian Village, Georgetown Apartments, Quail Run and more.

Serving the Shoals since 1947 We have a variety of apartment sizes available. We have many amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, 3 acre lake area, and more. Also, some of our apartments have recently been remodeled with new appliances, new counter tops, and tile floors. Washer and dryer hookups are available in most units.

My fiancé and myself have been looking for an apartment for a while now. We were dealing with Tim Rhodes until they rented out the place we were looking at when they said we couldn’t even apply till a week later. So we went to Hensley Graves and the staff is extremely nice and helped us out so much. We were approved and put down a deposit the day that we applied. The lady even drove with us to the apartment and showed it to us…. they so far have been the best when it comes to customer service!!! 5 stars to your business!!

I love the place, I just wish you guys had some sort of weekend hours for when rent falls onto those days. I constantly worry about that, and sometimes my paycheck isn’t in agreement with due dates, so I pay a little too far in advanced when I may need the money. Aside from that, the staff is great and Georgetown is really nice!

This is a great property management company. Their office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. They will fix anything from toilets to changing light bulbs. Some of their units are dated, but they are also spacious and reasonably priced. Overall, an excellent place to live.
